Print the MHVC application form out on your printer,
fill it in and post (enclosing a cheque or pay into the club bank account) to the
MHVC Membership Secretary
at the address shown on the form
The club membership renewal date is 1st March annually. We accept pro-rata payments if you join the club part way through the year. The rates are shown on the second page of the application form, with details of the club bank account, accessed as above.
